Information, Networking & Support for
Platform Data Access
Article 40 of the Digital Services Act (DSA) requires platforms to grant data access to researchers and non-profit organisations in order to detect, identify and understand systemic risks in the European Union.
The DSA 40 Data Access Collaboratory provides up-to-date information on the legislation’s implementation, networking activities, and advisory services for researchers, lawmakers, and the interested public.
